I had recently started as the Business Development Manager for one of New Zealand's leading law firms based in Christchurch. Unfortunately I had to wait almost 3 weeks to receive my business cards from the firm's existing printers, so when Ashley Horton of Printable Solutions called to ask for an appointment to discuss their services, I was eager to speak to them as I was less than happy with the service of our usual printer.

From the moment I met Ashley I was impressed with his enthusiasm and his understanding of the modern day needs of firms such as mine and how he could help us to achieve our aims. Not only could he help us to achieve those aims but he also came to the table with a bunch of ideas of his own as to how we could improve our printing and communications with our clients, effectively making us better and more efficient at our job. That was great and just what I wanted to hear!

Ashley and his colleagues are all fairly young and have a fresh and enthusiastic approach to their business and the services they provide. When I communicate with them it is always a pleasure and is always with a positive attitude - they breed confidence. They realize that there is far more to communicating with your clients than just sending out an Xmas card and have exciting ideas as to how to be more personal in doing so - really good innovative stuff.

My job is varied and covers many different tasks but Ashley keeps me on my toes ensuring that I meet deadlines that I have set for the services that he is helping me with. Printable Solutions have proved to be creative, flexible, efficient and highly reliable and have also shown me how to be more financially efficient when placing orders with them. Effectively spending less money with them for the same job!
