Snow Home Workout.

Heres an at home workout, you can even get your kids (if you have some) to do it :
10 push ups
10 star jumps
20 squats
40 seconds plank (elbows)
...16 straight arm hill climbs (in plank position push up to straight arms and bring knee into elbow and alternate sides)
8 burpees
20 lunges steppng forwards
30 sec side plank each side
12 tricep dips of a chair
50 high knee runs
REPEAT. . . .how many sets of everything can you do???

Great way to keep warm :)
