Biggest Loser competition coming soon!
If you are wanting to get motivated and kick start your training for the winter season, the biggest loser competition would be a fantastic challenge! For 2months and $200 you get 2x personal training sessions a week, a nutrition plan, an upgrade to your current food plan, fitness testing and body measurements week 1, week 4 and week 8 of the programme.
