To any future client

I have had dealings with many real estate agents over 35+ years now, yet not one of them worked with equal respect and genuine for both client and buyer (being myself in this instance) ...I truly respect Vicki's efforts to be fair.....working for the good of both parties with her genuine smiles and mannerisms which made it a joy to be around her...

Seeing the respect Vicki had for both of us showed a credible worthiness that I have not seen prior in other agents....
I thank you so very much Vix for showing worthiness in a profession that can often lack scruples in many areas...

I wouldn't get any other agent to sell my property now and Vicki Tahau Paton would be the first agent I would call to see whats on her listings if I were to purchase in the future....

I will definitely promote Vicki's ethical professionalism regarding any prospective buyers or sellers of real estate....

With much gratitude Vix...thank you!!

'I met Vicki on an open day at a property she was selling on behalf of her vendor. I decided I would purchase this home on my first viewing and VickI made arrangements with the vendor that my builder could have access to inspect the house two hours after the open home had finished. Consequently the builder gave this property a good recommendation and so Vicky came out to my home at 8.30 pm this same day and I signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement which was accepted by the vendor later that evening. I move fast when I see a property I like and Vicki kept pace with my requests to provide information or access for the necessary professionals to enable this purchase to complete. I recommend Vicki as the Real Estate Agent that goes more than the extra mile to help her clients be they buyer or seller. '

After careful consideration we chose to use Vicky to sell our house recently which proved to be a great move. We had no prior knowledge of Vicky but after setting our expectations down to other agents Vicky was the only one who provided us with geniune confidence that she could achieve a result for us. She clearly outlined the status of the market and had recent sales experience with an adjacent property.
She conducted herself with integrity throughout the process and delivered us a sale within 30 days of the listing at the figure we discussed. It is worth noting that she achieved this at a time when many market commentators were suggesting sales figures were slowing.
We found her to be extremely positive and hardworking. Her commision figure was highly competitive and in general provided a far superior package than any previous agent we have used.
I give this testimonial with integrity and as a true reflection of our experience with Vicky. We wish Vicky all the best with her business and are very grateful for the contribution she made in our familys ongoing journey.

We first met Vicki by chance at a house she was selling across the road from us at Clarkville.
Her easy going manner impressed us and there was no hard sell, rather she let the property do the talking.
When our house was rebuilt on Mount Pleasant following the earthquake there was never any discussion about who was going to sell it, we were going to get Vicki.

She did a marvellous job marketing it and what with billboards, letter drops and ads in the Realtor she covered all the bases and we looked forward to a quick and mutually beneficial sale.
Alas that didn’t happen and we were devastated to find that we had two problems unknown to us until the house was finished.
We had the only rebuilt house in the area which made it stand out like a sore toe, and at that stage people by and large were not buying on the hills.
Vicki didn’t give up she just dug deeper and from somewhere unearthed a couple of people who were keen.

She finally produced a slightly better price than we had expected and needless to say we were very grateful and able to get on with our lives.

I’ve never met a real estate person so down to earth and who achieves so much without seeming to pressure anyone.
If we were selling again she would be first on our list to contact.
